Purpose: Raise necessary organization operating funds to meet current and future organization expense requirements. The major responsibilities include:
- Identify sources of financial/in-kind support
- Provide supporters with information about the organization and activities
- Coordinate meetings and agenda with possible donors
- Identify lead/principle contact within the organization for each supporter
- Follow- up with appropriate responses
- Maintain accurate/timely information on all fundraising/in-kind supporters
- Identify methods by which we can acknowledge supporters
- Recommend methods by which we can add value to supporter's goals
- Plan and implement fundraising activity given the financial demands of the organizational budget or plan and implement three major fundraising activities per year.
